I am planning on reading some of the award winners that I hadn't read yet in 2013 next. Maybe you want to grab some of those. Have a great week.Crystalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14662811441487822589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5350887513394839551.post-31953871459881852622014-01-27T16:56:53.775-05:002014-01-27T16:56:53.775-05:00I haven't read any of Sheinkin's books but...I haven't read any of Sheinkin's books but one blogger wrote about Bomb and I was sold! Lincoln and JFK are important figures in American history and it would definitely be a treat to read about them. Also, I can imagine being emotionally drained as well if I read his assassination. I was going to suggest Maggot Moon - because I absolutely loved it - but that would be just as emotionally draining. Haha. Harry Potter is always a good, comforting read! Happy reading this week! =)Fats Suela from Gathering Bookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10669126888557235026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5350887513394839551.post-36376463368619413572014-01-27T10:37:56.839-05:002014-01-27T10:37:56.839-05:00Wow! Both of these nonfiction reads sound really good. I really love Sheinkin's other books so I am sure I would love this one too. Both subjects are so fascinating as well. Have a great reading week! I'm sure it's great! I was in college during the JFK assassination-what a sad time for all of us. You're right to feel the emotions, too. It was such a loss. To read next? There are so many good ones on your list, but 2 favorites are Counting by 7s or The Year of Billy Miller-both good, at least for me!
